Fluids flush out harmful impurities and toxins in our bodies, and aid in the production of mucus. Not drinking enough water can lead to dehydration and can result in a high fever. So, try to keep your children away from any friends or family members that may be sick. Dust mites can cause allergies and these bugs love to crawl around our beds, not especially bed sheets that have been washed often. Use instead of comforters duvet covers, especially for your kids.
